ShapingFuture Leaders

Leaders OF TOMORROW

Our Formation Program is the foundation of every student’s journey and demonstrates our commitment to forming young Men of Action

This whole-person approach nurtures emotional intelligence, resilience, and a deep sense of purpose. Through intentional, age-appropriate experiences, students learn to lead themselves, serve others, and understand the impact of their choices on the wider community.

Formation is delivered in progressive stages across the College years, evolving with each student as he grows. Every week, students participate in classes that focus on foundational values and emotional literacy, as well as building deeper relationships and a stronger sense of belonging. In their Senior years, students are equipped to make thoughtful decisions, embrace leadership opportunities, and reflect on what it means to be a confident, respectful young man in today’s world.

This is how we form the Leaders of Tomorrow, through a strong, intentional Formation Program that shapes character, instills values and builds the emotional intelligence that defines true leadership. This is formation for life.

Young men who will fight the good fight; more simply, to be ‘a good man’.

A Right Relationship is one where:
